HOW TO REGISTER?

  1. Kindly browse the website store.bbt.kerala.com
  2. Click the “Register” button in the menu
  3. Kindly enter the details like – Type, Name, Address City, Temple President name, Contact details etc..
  4.  Once you have entered the complete required details, click “Submit” button
  5. After submitting the required registration details, kindly download “Terms & Conditions for user registration” form.
  6. Kindly attest as requested and email it to [email protected]
  7. Once the form is submitted you will receive an email to set a password & the User Name.
  8. You can log in and set your bbt store password and place the order.

HOW TO PLACE ORDER?

  1. Once you have reached the store.bbt.kerala.com website, enter your “USERNAME” & “PASSWORD” then click “log in” button
  2. Once you logged in to your account you can find two sections, in left section kindly click “STORE”
  3. A pop up will show “BROWSE PRODUCT”, click that “BROWSE PRODUCT”
  4. Now you will see list of Books available with the price, click “ADD TO CART” to add the item you want order
  5. Once you selected the Books, click “VIEW CART” button in any selected item
  6. A new page will open with the all the items that you have selected,
  7. Kindly check and increase the QUANTITY accordingly, in the quantity section of the page
  8. Now click “UPDATE CART” button
  9. once you verified the total, click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”
  10. You will find “BILLING DETAILS” *(Kindly don’t make any change in the billing details)
  11. If you want items to be shipped to a different location on your zone (eg: ISKCON Kochi is the billing and want to ship to the Namahata in their zone), Kindly check box the “SHIP TO DIFFERENT ADDRESS” and enter the ship to address.
  12. Click “PLACE ORDER”
  13. Order will be placed and you will see the order ID and list of books, you will receive the order confirmation via registered email
    *(Once the order is placed no changes will be made in the order, so kindly check twice before placing the order)
  14. Once the order placed, you can find that order status in the “ORDERS” tab in the Dasboard
  15. In the Dasboard left bottom, you can find the the “LOGOUT” button
  16. Kindly click “LOGOUT” once you have finished.

    Notes: Occasionally shipping charges will be added manually by our Admin team, you will receive the email once the order is in processing

HOW TO VIEW, DOWNLOAD or PRINT INVOICE?

  1. Once you have reached the store.bbt.kerala.com website, enter your “USERNAME” & “PASSWORD” then click “log in” button
  2. Once you logged in to your account you can find two sections, in left section kindly click “ORDERS”
  3. You will find list of orders placed in the website, click the “order number” (eg : #290)
  4. Once the order number is clicked, you will find the list of books in that order and bottom of the order total,
  5. Click “Print Invoice”
  6. A separate Tab will be opened to print the invoice in A4 sheet

    Download
    1. In the separate Tab opened while clicking the “PRINT INVOICE”
    2. Under Print, you can see the name DESTINATION,
    3. In the DESTINATION section select the drop downClick “SAVE AS PDF” to save the invoice
  7. Once you have downloaded or printed the invoice, move to the dashboard
  8. Click “LOGOUT”.

HOW TO RECORD a PAYMENT for INVOICE?

  1. Once you have reached the store.bbt.kerala.com website, enter your “USERNAME” & “PASSWORD” then click “log in” button
  2. Once you logged in to your account you can find two sections.
  3. In the left section bottom kindly click “RECORD A PAYMENT”
  4. You will see a new form
  5. Kindly add the required details
  6. Click “SUBMIT”
  7. Now, you have recorded the payment you have made to the BBT
  8. Our admin team will verify the payment and update the order
  9. You will receive the email once the order is completed and settled
  10. In the “orders” tab
  11. In “ADMIN NOTES” you can find the payment acknowledgment details added
  12. Kindly click “LOGOUT” once you have finished.

HOW TO CHANGE THE PASSWORD?

  1. e store.bbt.kerala.com website, enter your “USERNAME” & “PASSWORD” then click “log in” button
  2. Once you logged in to your account you can find two sections.
  3. In left section, click “ACCOUNT DETAILS”
  4. In the Account Details page, you can find the “Password change”
  5. Enter the old password & new password
  6. Click “SAVE CHANGES”
